The Best Sustainable Stand Award | Scientific Laboratory Supplies

SLS won this award due to a number of factors, a few of which include; their stand is reusable and has been gracing the Lab Innovations show floor since 2016, all of their gifts onsite were made out of recycled materials, and they were planting a tree for every visitor to their stand!

Cansford Laboratories won this award for demonstrating a “Supreme effort; with evidence and commitment to achieving NetZero targets through permanent green and sustainable working practices.  They also received additional recognition that achieving the ISO standard is hard work for a smaller company.”

The Lab Automation Award | Ellutia

Ellutia won this award for their unique nitrosamines detector. The judges said this was a “unique idea,  and well implemented. A solid process innovation with related technical development which Improves ease of use, safety and speed.”

The Consumables Innovation Award | MolGen UK

MolGen won this award for “A game-changing product innovation  for the safe collection of saliva samples.”

Cytecom were awarded the Mico BioMed Best Technology Innovation Award for their shockingly interesting product that revolutionises the way live bacteria counts are performed. A great combination of tech and design innovation to significantly reduce time involved in a widely applicable task.
